Responsibilities Provide specialized technical support for cloud and network architecture projects Conduct thorough analyzes to identify system improvements and efficiencies Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions Assist in the design and implementation of network infrastructure Evaluate and recommend tools and technologies to enhance service delivery Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and advancements Document processes and create technical specifications for projects Support the team in achieving project milestones and objectives What You Must Have Bachelor\'s Degree At least 4 years of experience What Sets You Apart Bachelor\'s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science preferred ITIL Foundation certification preferred CCNP or equivalent vendor certifications preferred Fiber/cabling certifications (BICSI or equivalent) preferred Demonstrating proficiency in structured cabling and patching Installing and mounting network devices effectively Supporting circuit turn-up activities and validation testing Performing onsite troubleshooting for connectivity issues Maintaining asset inventory and documentation Salary and Benefits The salary range for this position is: $44,200 - $91,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual\'s skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
