About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Vice President for Brand Partnerships to play a pivotal role in building and owning strategic brand partnerships within the US market. This high-impact, front-facing position involves developing and managing relationships with a diverse range of brands, platforms, and key external stakeholders. The successful candidate will lead partnership-driven campaigns and initiatives, acting as a senior external representative of the business, and will be responsible for identifying and unlocking collaboration opportunities across various entertainment, media, and consumer platforms. The role also requires close collaboration with global teams to execute initiatives and a strong focus on bringing cultural insights into partnership strategy to maximize relevance and impact. Applicants for this role should have a minimum of 10-15 years' of experience in brand partnerships, marketing, or related functions, with a background in entertainment, media, audio, gaming, or consumer technology. A proven track record in building and managing high-value partnerships, strong relationship management, and stakeholder engagement skills are essential. The ideal candidate will have experience in fast-paced, scaling, or pre-IPO environments, and the ability to operate both strategically and hands-on. While not mandatory, a background with streaming platforms, audio companies, or digital entertainment brands, as well as experience in global or cross-market organizations, is preferred.
