Independent Senior Living Office Manager

• Assist in the development of personnel policies and procedures, as necessary.
• Process new leases and lease renewals.
• Create monthly occupancy reports.
• Oversee Worker's Compensation and Unemployment Insurance.
• Supervise one Administrative Assistant.
• Develop and oversee Administration budget.
• Respond to Missouri Division of Employment Claims.
• Make revisions to Employee Handbook and distribute as necessary.
• Update s and maintain s Book.
• Send for employment reports on all new hires, upon job offer.
• Assist residents with move-ins, move-outs, and transfers.
• Conduct new employee orientations.
• Process health, dental and life insurance paperwork for employees.
• Maintain personnel files.
• Order office supplies and oversee maintenance of office equipment.
• Prepare numerous reports for directors and owners.
• Maintain Resident Database

Skills :

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Organization, and the ability to multitask/prioritize tasks.
• Excellent customer service.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred.
• 3-5 years of personnel experience, senior living specific preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Office management: 3 years (Preferred)
• Human resources: 1 year (Preferred)
