Key Responsibilities: Successful track record in driving GSS scores/TripAdvisor ranking Ability to maintain transparency and forge strong owner/asset management relationships; manage under scrutiny from multiple parties Revenue management centric and the ability to analyze trends and data to effectively contribute to the revenue management team efforts and strategies Successful track record in building both revenue and NOI Renovation, property re-concepting experience - ability to be a "fixer" and elevate hotel operational and service culture to higher standards Ability to control costs while balancing topline revenue objectives and service levels Ability to motivate employees, drive positive employee morale and develop talent Hands on, entrepreneurial, self-directed leadership style, adapts to change quickly, analytical thinker with understanding of business intelligence tools, STR reports, P&L, etc. Driven leader who over communicates and creatively solves problems, strong verbal, and written communication skills Other duties as assigned Requirements: Minimum 3 years hotel General Manager experience in a branded hotel environment (preferably Marriott experience) Experience as a General Manager for a 3rd Party Management Company preferred Must have a comprehensive knowledge of all hotel departments and functions. Must have a comprehensive knowledge of applicable Federal, state, and local health, safety, and legal regulations. Must have exceptional mathematical and computer skills. Ability to timely obtain CPR training and first aid training required. Ability to timely obtain any other required licenses or certificates required. Occasional travel required. Minimum lifting, pulling, and pushing of 20 pounds required. Pushing, bending, stooping, upward reaching, manual dexterity required. Hearing, writing, typing required. Bachelor’s Degree in hotel management, business, or industry related field preferred Additional language ability preferred.
