Paralegal

Job Title: Paralegal Location: Toms River, NJ Type: Direct Hire Compensation: $40000 - $70000 annually Contractor Work Model: Onsite Hours:8 am to 4:30 pm, Monday-Thursday, 8 am to 12:00 pm Friday Salary: 55K-70K Job Duties: Experience in civil litigation to assist in the handling of Property and Automobile subrogation claims and drafting of pleadings, motions and related work. Candidate should possess confidence and communication skills needed to speak with adverse attorneys and claims adjusters and possess organizational and computer skills needed to maintain computerized diaries. Job Requirements: Prior experience drafting and filing pleadings Knowledge of insurance subrogation (helpful, not required) Strong computer skills including use of Microsoft Word, Case Management Software, Adobe and Outlook Excellent organizational skills Detail oriented and ability to multi-task Sound judgment and decision-making skills Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels and ability to influence and achieve successful results Strong verbal and writing skills Strong work ethic, reliable, and team player System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé, ALTA IT Services, and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
