Audience & Customer Data Analyst

The Audience & Customer Data Analyst is responsible for transforming customer and audience-level data into actionable insights that inform marketing strategy, audience targeting, and performance optimization. This role blends customer data expertise, analytical rigor, and cross functional collaboration to support data-driven decision making for marketing and business stakeholders. Success in this role requires strong customer data fluency along with a deep understanding of the customer journey and effectively analyzing and communicating audience-level performance across touchpoints. Key Responsibilities Audience Strategy Lead audience strategy and targeting approach for their assigned brand across media, CRM, and siteDrive audience insights and profile analysis to inform targeting strategy and support personalization effortsOwn new audience processes, documentation, and communication to shape audience builds, activation and measurement requirementsManage internal audience roadmap with goals, KPIs, and timing to scale best practicesData Analysis Analyze customer and audience-level data to identify behavioral patterns, funnel progression trends, and conversion outcomesEvaluate segmentation logic and audience strategies, identifying improvement opportunities based on performanceConduct root-cause and cause-and-effect analysis to understand drivers of business and marketing performanceCross-Functional Collaboration Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to align on campaign needs, taxonomy, audience development timelines, and channel-specific delivery requirementsSupport stakeholders in understanding data logic, analytical outcomes, and audience-level implicationsRespond to ad hoc analytical requests from leadership in fast paced environmentsBasic Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree 5+ years of experience in digital paid media, with exposure to audience strategy, data-driven planning, and activationStrong understanding of programmatic media, platform targeting capabilities, identity solutions, and audience management workflowsDeep analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex datasets and derive meaningful insightsExperience working with customer data, audience segmentation, or customer journey analyticsProven ability to collaborate with cross functional teams, external partners, and stakeholders at multiple levelsStrong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical findings into business relevant insightsPreferred Qualifications:Experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) and audience modeling Familiarity with marketing measurement, CRM programs, or multi‑tier marketing environmentsDemonstrated experience leading audience-led testing, measurement frameworks, and performance reporting initiativesAutomotive industry experienceBrand: FCA GroupJob ID: 2020883Employment Type: Full-timeJob Area: Sales and MarketingPosted Date: 20/08/2026
