Housing Stability Case Manager

Guest House of Milwaukee is seeking an Internal Case Manager to provide direct services and education, coordinating with community resources to help residents obtain permanent housing and self-sustaining income. You will work with Emergency Shelter, Transitional Housing, and Veterans programs, managing up to 25–30 clients while building ISP/Housing Stabilization Plans and tracking progress through funding contracts. #J-18808-Ljbffr Guest-House-of-Milwauke
