Job DescriptionPosition Summary:

Comfort Keepers Home Care in Grand Forks, ND is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as an In Home Health caregiver. The RN will be responsible for providing high-quality, compassionate care to clients in the comfort of their own homes. This position requires excellent clinical skills, communication abilities, and a strong commitment to enhancing the quality of life for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' health status
• Develop and implement individualized care plans
• Administer medication and provide skilled nursing care
• Educate clients and their families on best practices for disease management
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
• Provide emotional support and companionship to clients

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license in the state of North Dakota
• Minimum of 2 years clinical experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Compassionate and empathetic attitude
• Reliable transportation
