Strategic Commercial Banking Relationship Leader

NBT is seeking a Senior Commercial Lending Officer to lead New Business Development with high net worth clients and to manage complex borrowing arrangements. You will assess creditworthiness, analyze financial data, and ensure adherence to bank policies and federal/state regulations. Requires a 4-year degree and 7–10 years of commercial lending experience, with strong communication and leadership skills.
