You'll work closely with attorneys and clients in a collaborative office environment where communication and teamwork are valued. Note Candidates must have at least 2 years of litigation paralegal experience. Experience supporting civil or commercial litigation is highly preferred. Job Description Support attorneys through all phases of litigation, from case inception through trial preparation. Draft, proofread, and file pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and other legal documents. Manage court filings in state and federal courts, including electronic filing. Organize and maintain case files, exhibits, and litigation calendars. Coordinate depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial logistics. Review, organize, and summarize medical records, discovery responses, and case documents. Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and third-party vendors. Track deadlines and ensure timely completion of litigation tasks. Assist attorneys with trial preparation, witness files, exhibits, and courtroom materials. Qualifications 2+ years of litigation paralegal experience. Strong knowledge of litigation procedures and court filing requirements. Experience drafting legal documents and managing case files. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
