Locally owned and operated since 1983, NatureScapes is one of Atlanta’s leading commercial landscape companies, specializing in landscape maintenance, irrigation, and floriculture services for multi-family and commercial properties throughout 19 counties in Metro Atlanta and North Georgia.

As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced, motivated Account Manager who understands that great account management means building relationships, protecting quality, growing revenue, and staying connected to field operations.

POSITION OVERVIEW

As an Account Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact between NatureScapes and our clients.

You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring service expectations are consistently met, overseeing field execution, and identifying opportunities to grow revenue through enhancements and ancillary services.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who can balance customer relationships, operational leadership, sales, and financial performance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers
• Conduct regular property walkthroughs and formal meetings with clients
• Ensure service quality and contractual expectations are consistently met or exceeded
• Proactively identify and present landscape enhancement opportunities
• Identify and pursue ancillary sales opportunities within existing accounts
• Resolve customer concerns quickly, professionally, and effectively
• Generate referrals from existing clients and communicate opportunities to the Business Developer
• Supervise and collaborate with the Production Specialist on field operations
• Manage service delivery according to each property's scope of work
• Coordinate consistent and timely site visits with the Production Specialist
• Help maintain acceptable gross margins on base contracts and ancillary services
• Maintain satisfactory Accounts Receivable levels
• Participate in branch meetings and assist the Branch Manager with overall branch leadership
• Promote a safe environment for employees, customers, and the general public

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Comfortable handling difficult situations and solving problems
• Competitive, results-oriented, and motivated to grow accounts
• Able to identify opportunities and confidently present solutions to customers
• Coachable and willing to learn
• Organized and able to manage multiple properties and priorities
• Comfortable using smartphone technology, including iPhone or Android
• Comfortable with standard computer programs and technology
• Able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
• High school diploma or GED required
• 2–4 years of related experience and/or training preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Able to meet eligibility requirements to operate a NatureScapes company vehicle
• Bilingual skills are a plus

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• $70,000–$85,000 per year
• Salaried position, paid biweekly
