We're committed to giving children back their childhood!Location: Frisco - Ambulatory Surgical CenterMonday through Friday6:30 am - 5:00 pmDuties/ResponsibilitiesAdminister general, regional and monitored anesthesia and analgesia care for scheduled (non-emergent) pediatric orthopedic procedures and imaging at the discretion of and under the supervision of an attending anesthesiologistEvaluate patients preoperatively and, in consultation with the attending anesthesiologist, formulate and carry out a full anesthesia care planSafely transport patients to and from an anesthetizing location and ensure appropriate care during the postoperative periodBe an effective team member and interact with staff and patients in a way that shows respect and consideration for the individual and those around youRequired Skills/AbilitiesBachelor's degree in Nursing or related fieldMinimum 2 years of experienceComfortable practicing independently as well as a shared resource for attending anesthesiologistsRegional anesthesia experience preferred but not necessaryACLS, PALS, BLS, and NBCRNA certificationCurrent CRNA License
