Academic Success Coach

Serving as the primary point of contact for students from matriculation to graduation, the full-time YourPace Academic Success Coach will provide student-centered support, proactive outreach, and academic coaching to enhance student persistence and success in a remote or hybrid work environment. Key responsibilities Facilitate degree planning and academic coaching to promote student retention and success Guide students in navigating university policies and connecting them to appropriate resources Collaborate with faculty and staff to ensure personalized and timely support for students Required qualifications Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of experience in advising, counseling, admissions, tutoring, education, or customer service Demonstrated ability to build rapport and motivate students Proven organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and communication technologies Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and FERPA compliance
