Operations Manager

Anthony Pro-Life America (SBA) is seeking an Operations Manager to help keep our growing, fast-paced organization running smoothly as we work to protect unborn children and support mothers nationwide. As Operations Manager, you’ll be a vital connector between staff and the Operations/IT teams—solving problems, managing logistics, and ensuring our offices and systems function efficiently every day. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being hands‑on, anticipates needs, and finds satisfaction in creating order, efficiency, and excellent support. Reporting directly to the Director of Information Technology, you’ll gain exposure to operations, logistics, IT, finance support, and systems management, all while contributing to a mission that truly matters. What You’ll Do Oversee office and remote staff supply needs, inventory, and fulfillment Coordinate office operations for Headquarters and Townhouse locations Serve as a point of contact for building management, vendors, and maintenance needs Manage conference room scheduling, A/V setup, and office event support Track and assist with IT help desk tickets, onboardings, and offboardings Maintain Operations and IT inventory and assist with vendor relationships Support Operations and IT projects, including CRM platform assistance Help ensure office spaces are welcoming, functional, and mission‑ready Who You Are You’re someone who: Is deeply committed to the pro‑life mission Is detail‑oriented, dependable, and trustworthy Thrives in a support role and enjoys problem‑solving Is scrappy, ambitious, and resourceful, even with limited resources Works well with others and values teamwork, humility, and professionalism Is comfortable with technology and eager to learn new systems Requirements Pro‑life commitment required Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Microsoft Teams a plus Strong organizational skills and ability to manage deadlines and calendars Professional, friendly demeanor with a high degree of confidentiality Benefits That Matter At SBA, we believe in taking care of our team so they can focus on making an impact.
