Product Manager - Patient CRM

We are currently seeking a Product Manager – Patient CRM for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in South San Francisco, CA. Details for the position are as follows: Job Description: Pay: $59.45 – 92.20/hr (W2) 7-month assignment with potential to extend based on performance and business need Fully onsite in South San Francisco, CA You will help build and improve a next-generation patient experience platform, using Salesforce and other digital technologies to create personalized, seamless patient engagement Own and support the product roadmap, defining future capabilities, features, timelines, and dependencies Partner with business stakeholders and IT to translate patient engagement needs into clear product requirements and drive execution Gather user feedback, support UAT, and help roll out new features to users Work closely with Commercial, Medical, Marketing, and Patient Access teams to ensure the product supports meaningful patient interactions Ensure product capabilities align with pharma compliance, privacy, and regulatory requirements Help shape the future vision of the product while balancing strategic planning with day-to-day execution Qualifications: Strong Product Manager or Product Owner experience required Salesforce experience required, ideally Salesforce Life Sciences or Health Cloud Strong pharmaceutical industry experience required Patient Access and Support Services experience required Experience with patient engagement processes and patient-facing platforms within pharma Experience developing product roadmaps, gathering requirements, and driving product execution Experience working with IT, Scrum teams, and cross-functional business stakeholders Experience with UAT, feature rollouts, and product adoption Strong understanding of customer engagement strategies and omnichannel experiences The three biggest things we are looking for are Salesforce, pharma, and patient access experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr The Fountain Group
