This position serves to promote the provision of a broad spectrum of services to adults, linkage with community resources, referrals and service coordination, as well as eligibility for public assistance programs. This includes leading ES team problem solving, technical solutions, procedure development, job aides, training and orientation for all new team members, managing and overseeing referrals, assessments, development of Individual Responsibility Contracts, employment and work participation activities, and case management functions that promote self-sufficiency. Some functions may include application initiation, interactive interviews, and ongoing case management and program eligibility re-determinations on an “as‑needed” basis. Must complete IC S 100, 700 and 800 within the first year of employment. Must complete IC S 200 and 300 within the second year of employment.
