Commercial Electrical Construction Security Systems Project ManagerIES Commercial, Inc. – DBA IES Electrical, seeking Commercial Electrical Construction Security Systems Project Manager, Chester, Virginia.Job SummaryProvides overall management in all phases of construction for one or more commercial electrical projects and develops new business opportunities relative to a particular Client, group of Clients or geographical areaManages security systems projects in a manner that exceeds our customers' expectations and ensures that our work adheres to NEC, company safety policies and OSHA mandated requirementsEstablishes project objectives, policies, procedures and performance standards within boundaries of corporate policyRepresents company in project meetings and assists in labor negotiations, strategy meetingsManages financial aspects of contracts to protect company's interest and simultaneously maintains good relationship with clientsTravel as requiredQualifications5 or more years' electrical construction project management experience in all phases of electrical projects.Bachelor's Degree engineering or construction management preferredValid Electrical License on the Journeyman or Master level strongly preferred.Proficient computer, communications (oral and written), and interpersonal skills.Business knowledge of vendors in respective electrical construction industry.Ability to travel.Successfully pass pre-employment (post offer) background check, and MVR check when responsibilities require operating motor vehicles.Company Overview: IES Commercial, Inc. – DBA IES Electrical, a subsidiary of IES Holdings, Inc.
