Our team is dedicated to providing engaging and memorable retail environments that enhance the guest experience, while reflecting the unique mission and values of each location we serve.As a Receiving Lead, you will:Organize and manage inventory: Take charge of receiving, transferring, packing, stocking, and ticketing merchandise to keep our stockroom orderly and efficient.Support daily store operations: Assist the store management team with day-to-day operations and ensure everything runs like clockwork.Deliver exceptional guest service: Ensure our guests have a seamless, enjoyable experience by keeping the sales floor fully stocked and organized.Position preferences/requirements:Flexible schedule: Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, early evenings, and holidays.Basic computer knowledge: Comfortable with basic computer operations to assist with inventory management and related tasks.Stockroom experience: Previous experience in a stockroom or inventory role is required.Positive and welcoming attitude: Must be friendly, engaging, and approachable toward guests, team members, and venue staff.Physical demands:The physical requirements of this job are essential to ensuring the smooth flow of operations.
