Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $17.70 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon06:30 AM - 01:00 PMTue06:30 AM - 01:00 PMFri06:30 AM - 01:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific access control procedures, visitor screening protocols, and/or security-related response activities at a financial services location. Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and authorizations, and document visitor, employee, and vendor activity in accordance with site policies. Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating issues through appropriate channels when needed. Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter to help identify unusual activity, access control issues, and other security-related concerns. Support lobby and reception area operations by assisting with directions, answering basic questions, and maintaining awareness of site-specific procedures and restricted areas. Minimum Requirements: 2 or more years of security-related experience are required. Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. A guard card and/or license is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
