Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a premier financial institution location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, stay visible to help to deter incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. In this role, you will support daily security-related operations with agility, reliability, and innovation, while working as part of a caring team that puts people first and acts with integrity.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by following site-specific procedures and supporting security-related protocols at a financial services location.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant details to site contacts and/or local authorities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including interior areas, entry points, and perimeter spaces, noting and reporting conditions that could impact daily operations.
• Monitor access points and help to deter unauthorized entry by verifying credentials, observing visitor activity, and documenting security-related concerns in accordance with site policies.
• Complete routine reports and incident documentation, and support emergency response activities when appropriate based on location procedures and Allied Universal guidelines.

Minimum Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years of security-related experience is required.
• Comfortable use of a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
