Job Description
Title: Physical Therapy Assistant

Schedule: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Assignment Details:
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week

Requirements:
- 2+ years of Physical Therapy Assistant experience
- Active Physical Therapist Assistant License
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Adhere to the APTA code of ethics.
- Carry out treatment as directed by the supervising physical therapist.
- Modify treatment based on patient progress and inform the supervising therapist of changes.
- Collaborate with facility staff to ensure a clean and effective rehabilitation environment.
- Document patient progress in accordance with medical and facility documentation procedures.
- Provide individualized education to patients and caregivers.
