Vice President of Project Development

Role Overview The Company is seeking a Vice President of Projects to lead its Powered Land Development business, focusing on scaling the project pipeline from concept to commercial operation. Responsibilities Lead team development and provide strategic direction. Oversee end‑to‑end project execution from concept to commercial operation. Drive business development, including strategic customer and stakeholder management. Build and manage a pipeline of powered land development projects. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams such as Operations and Business Development. Qualifications Minimum 10 years of experience in data center or renewable development. 3–5 years in a leadership role overseeing large‑scale data center projects. Proven track record delivering data center projects with deep understanding of data center design and operational needs. Experience managing complex stakeholder relationships across multiple geographic markets and regulatory environments. Background in energy markets, power procurement, or renewable energy development, with experience in colocated data center and renewable projects. Excellent communication, negotiation, and people‑management skills. Self‑starter with an entrepreneurial mindset, thriving in a fast‑paced, high‑growth startup environment.
