Modalidad de empleo: Medio tiempo Fecha de inicio: Lo antes posible Departamento: Marketing Descripción del puesto: Responsabilidades: Diseñar criterios de evaluación precisos y específicos para cada tarea, destinados a evaluar entregables de marketing del mundo real, como briefs creativos, conceptos y presentaciones de campañas, marcos de posicionamiento y mensajes de marca, textos publicitarios y guiones, planes de campañas integradas y presentaciones listas para clientes. Evaluar muestras de trabajo generadas por IA y realizadas por personas utilizando dichos criterios, proporcionando justificaciones escritas detalladas para cada puntuación. Aplicar un criterio de evaluación consistente y basado en evidencia, de manera que las puntuaciones sean reproducibles y defendibles. Incorporar feedback estructurado de revisores senior y realizar iteraciones rápidas sobre el trabajo. Requisitos: Más de 5 años de experiencia profesional en marketing o publicidad. Experiencia como Director/a Creativo/a, Account Lead o Brand Strategist en una agencia creativa, o en un puesto senior de marketing de marca en una empresa líder de consumo masivo. Dominio profundo del trabajo cotidiano del área: redacción y evaluación de briefs creativos, desarrollo de campañas a través de distintos canales, posicionamiento y mensajes de marca, y evaluación de piezas creativas en función de un brief y de un objetivo de negocio. Excelentes habilidades de comunicación escrita. La experiencia previa en entrenamiento de IA, evaluación de modelos de IA o proyectos de datos con participación humana será considerada una ventaja importante. Compensación: La remuneración para este puesto es de US$80 a US$150 por hora.
