Job Title: Field Engineer Intern
Location: Oklahoma City, OK
Anticipated Hourly Range: $21 to $25 per hour

As a Field Engineer Intern, you'll support active construction projects by coordinating project information, tracking field progress, and working closely with project teams and subcontractors. You'll help monitor subcontractor compliance with Boldt safety protocols and applicable regulations, coordinate work to support project schedules, and verify that construction activities align with contract documents, drawings, specifications, and codes. This role provides hands-on experience in field operations, project coordination, quality control, and construction management.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $21 to $25 per hour. This information reflects the anticipated base salary for this position based on current market data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experiences, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.

What You Bring

• Currently enrolled at an accredited college or university as a Junior or Senior in an undergraduate program. Preferred majors/concentrations in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related fields
• Passion and desire to work in the construction industry
• Strong communication skills, including a willingness and comfortability to create and maintain relationships by means of cold and warm phone calls.
• Goal oriented, with a focus on personal development
• Evidence of high academic achievement with current or prior elected leadership experience preferred. Passion and desire to work in the construction industry.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and ability to work optimally with minimum supervision.

Nice to Have

• Prior work experience, internship preferred but not required.

Preference may be given to candidates who have engaged with Boldt through career fairs, networking events, classroom presentations, or other campus recruiting activities.
