Payroll AdministratorSalary: $60,000–$65,000Ideal Candidate: An analytical, confident payroll professional who can manage high-volume work, build reporting beyond standard system outputs, and proactively improve processes.Requirements3+ years of payroll, accounting, or bookkeeping experience.Strong knowledge of payroll, wage & hour regulations, and payroll taxes.Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs, formulas, and custom reporting.Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.Associate/Bachelor’s degree preferred.Paycom experience strongly preferred; FPC/CPP certification a plus.ResponsibilitiesProcess accurate bi-weekly, multi-state payroll for employees and contractors.Audit payroll data, reports, and transactions; resolve discrepancies.Manage payroll changes, garnishments, timekeeping, and employee inquiries.Build reports for headcount, turnover, bonuses, merit calculations, and other metrics.Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.Support the transition to international payroll following training.Assist with the migration to a unified payroll platform.Identify and implement process improvements and efficiencies.Partner with HR on payroll-related projects and audits.#LI-MF1 #J-18808-Ljbffr
