Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Valid CA Speech-Language Pathology license required
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) accepted
• Experience or training in a school-based setting preferred
• Background or interest in pediatric/healthcare speech therapy highly valued
• Ability to effectively serve PreK-12 student caseloads, including assessment and intervention
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative speech/language services in accordance with IEPs and educational goals
• Screen, assess, and diagnose speech and language disorders for students across multiple school sites
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans reflecting student strengths and needs
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and related service teams to maximize student progress
• Maintain timely and accurate records per school and state requirements
