Requirements:

• Education: High school diploma or GED
• Experience: 6+ months in warehouse or factory work is a bonus – we'll teach the rest.
• Physical Ability: Able to stand, bend, and lift (up to) 50 lbs.
• Work Style: Steady, dependable, and always safety-minded.
• Entry-level position; manufacturing or production experience is a plus.
• Ability to work a 12-hour rotating schedule (2-2-3 format).
• Ability to stand for the entire shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform frequent bending, lifting, and physical activity.
• Strong attention to detail for quality inspections and production documentation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Must follow GMP, food safety, and safety procedures at all times.
• Reliable attendance and strong commitment to workplace safety.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.

Job Duties:

• Operate and monitor production, bottling, packaging, or manufacturing equipment.
• Perform quality checks and inspections to ensure product standards are met.
• Complete production records and required documentation accurately.
• Follow GMP, food safety, and quality control procedures.
• Assist with packaging, material handling, and production line operations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety policies and PPE requirements.
• Support production goals and assist with additional duties as assigned.
