Pay Rate : $21.00-$24.00 per hour

Requirements of the Production Operator

• 1-3 years of manufacturing, packaging, or production experience preferred
  
• Experience with liquid filling or pouch packaging equipment is a plus
  
• Familiarity with GMPs, food safety, or regulated manufacturing environments preferred
  
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new equipment
  
• Ability to stand, lift, and work on your feet for extended periods
  
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  
• Hands-on, reliable, and safety-focused work ethic
  
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
  
• No degree required
  

• Operate liquid pouch filling and packaging equipment safely and efficiently
  
• Set up, start up, and shut down production equipment according to SOPs
  
• Monitor product quality, fill weights, seals, and overall line performance
  
• Perform in-process quality checks and accurately document results
  
• Troubleshoot minor mechanical or process issues and escalate concerns as needed
  
• Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe production environment
  
• Follow GMP, safety, and quality standards at all times
  
• Support changeovers, equipment cleaning, and preventive maintenance activities
  
• Communicate effectively with team members, leads, and supervisors
  
• Participate in continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives
