Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 55 pounds
• Comfortable working 12-hour night shifts
• Able to perform repetitive physical tasks
• Strong attention to quality and safety
• Dependable and available for a rotating schedule

Job Duties:

• Package production materials
• Fill bags with polymers
• Inspect bags for holes, tears, and other damage
• Clean production and processing areas
• Wash and sanitize totes and storage bins
• Unload bars and prepare them for cleaning
• Maintain an organized and safe workspace

As a Production Associate you will support daily manufacturing operations by assembling products, operating production equipment, inspecting finished goods, packaging materials, maintaining production standards, and following established work instructions. You will help keep production areas clean and organized, monitor product quality, meet production goals, and contribute to safe, efficient manufacturing operations. A Production Associate contributes to manufacturing by performing a variety of production responsibilities that support efficient operations and quality products. This position requires adaptability, attention to detail, and the ability to work safely throughout every shift.
