Position Summary:

Nesco Resource is seeking experienced construction production. This role is responsible for finishing smoothing wet concrete surfaces to ensure quality precast products to meet customer specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Smooth, level, and finish wet concrete surfaces using hand and power tools
• Patch repair, and touch up concrete imperfections
• Apply surface finishes and textures according to specifications
• Use Trowels, floats, screed and other concrete finishing tools
• Assist with pouring, forming and stripping concrete molds
• Inspect finished products for quality and consistency
• Follow safety Guidelines and PPE requirements
• Work with production teams to meet daily goals

Qualifications:

• Previous concrete finishing, construction or manufacturing experience a plus.
• Ability to use and power tools safely
• Ability to follow work instructions
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to work in hot, cold, dusty and non-climate conditions
• Repetitive hand and arm movements throughout shift
• Frequent standing, bending, kneeling and lifting up to 50lbs.

Payrate:
$17.00/hr

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday ( depending on production needs)
