Full-time

Description

Seattle, WA | Volvo | European luxury brand | Express service advisor | Express lane | Guest-facing experience welcome | Hospitality experience welcome | Pacific Northwest | Seattle metro | Veterans encouraged to apply | $20 - $25/hr

IS THIS YOU?

• You're a clear, composed communicator who keeps guests informed and at ease in a fast-moving service environment - Volvo owners are values-driven and attentive, and the advisor who earns their trust in the express lane does so through honesty, accuracy, and genuine follow-through

• You come from hospitality, guest-facing service, or a comparable background and you're ready to bring that standard to a values-aligned Seattle Volvo store where the express lane is the first touchpoint in what should be a long-term ownership relationship

WHO WE ARE

Swickard Auto Group is a hospitality company that happens to sell and service cars. We believe the best guest experiences start with the best employee experiences. That's why we've grown to 40+ rooftops across the West Coast, Alaska, and Hawaii while maintaining a culture built on one simple idea: do right by people, every time.

Volvo Cars Seattle serves a loyal, values-conscious ownership community in one of the Pacific Northwest's most tech-forward and sustainability-minded markets. Volvo owners notice how they're treated - in the express lane just as much as in a full repair. The Express Service Advisor here handles the high-frequency maintenance interactions that, done right, build the guest relationship that keeps an owner returning for every service visit and every future vehicle.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Write up express service guests quickly and accurately - capturing vehicle concerns, mileage, and service history and setting clear expectations for wait time and service scope

• Communicate multi-point inspection results to guests clearly and honestly - presenting additional service recommendations with transparency and without pressure

• Manage a fast-moving write-up queue and keep guests proactively informed on status throughout their visit

• Coordinate with express technicians to keep lane throughput moving efficiently and on schedule

• Handle guest questions, concerns, and minor escalations with composure and a solution-first approach

• Maintain accurate records in the DMS throughout every transaction

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Guest-facing service, hospitality, or retail experience preferred - prior service advisor or Volvo brand experience a strong plus

• Clear, calm communicator who stays organized and composed when the lane is busy

• Genuine care for the guest experience - Volvo owners are brand-loyal and values-driven and they remember advisors who treated them with real respect

• Comfortable with DMS platforms or quick to learn them

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

WHAT WE OFFER

• $20 - $25/hr

• Medical, dental, and vision insurance

• Life insurance and supplemental coverage options

• Paid time off and paid holidays

• Paid Volvo product and brand training

• Clear career path - strong express advisors grow into full service advisor roles at Swickard

• Employee vehicle purchase and service discounts

WHY VOLVO CARS SEATTLE

• Seattle's Volvo ownership community is authenticity-driven and loyalty-oriented - guests here respond to advisors who are straightforward and follow through, and they return to the people who treat them that way in every interaction including express

• A well-run Pacific Northwest Volvo store with a growing electrified lineup - the advisor who develops real Volvo platform knowledge here builds expertise that compounds in value as the brand's EV and PHEV portfolio expands

• Swickard is one of the fastest-growing dealer groups in the country - ranked Top 5 in North America for reputation in the automotive industry

• Our HEART values - Honor, Engage, Anticipate, Respond, Thank - apply to every guest interaction, express lane included

If you're a guest-first communicator ready to build a service advisor career at a well-run Seattle Volvo store where the ownership community is values-aligned, loyal, and rewards honest follow-through - apply.
