Qualifications High School Diploma or GED is required, with the ability to read at a school level or higher. A minimum of six months of office experience is preferred. Must be detailed oriented with exceptional verbal communication skills. Must be polite and friendly to all visitors, guests, clients, coworkers, and vendors. Primary Duties/Responsibilities Provides agency phone support from a front desk setting. Directs visitors, consumers, and vendors with various needs. Must ensure that all policies and procedures are followed. Provides information regarding programs and agency events. Responsible for receiving and sending Fed-Ex, over-night, and other priority mailings. Maintains visitor daily sign-in/out logs. Assist HR department with filing, copying documents, as well as file maintenance as needed. Responsible for notification to upper management of any suspicious persons, packages, orhappenings within the facility. Checks over-night and weekend messages daily, taking messages and distributing asappropriate.Performs other duties as assigned.
