Now Hiring: Personal Assistant / Receptionist
We are seeking a Receptionist and Administrative Assistant for Peck Insurance Agency, Inc.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing day-to-day operations of the insurance agency
- Answer incoming customer phone calls
- Greet customers at our front desk
- Help with our customer billing and payments
- Assist our sales team with administrative/computer tasks
- Manage and organize our Client Relationship Management system
- Run errands and help with miscellaneous office tasks
Qualifications:
- Shows ability to quickly finish detailed work
- Confidence talking to people on the phone
- Basic to above average computer skills
- Doesn’t require micromanagement. Can figure things out independently.
- No insurance background or knowledge required
Compensation: $45,000 salary + retirement account with employer match
Schedule:
- In office, Monday – Thursday 8:30-5:00. Friday 8:30-3:00.
- No weekends
