Senior Therapeutic Area Specialist, Oncology-Milwaukee, WI

Bristol Myers Squibb seeks a Senior Therapeutic Area Specialist in Oncology for the Milwaukee-Madison territory. The role focuses on driving appropriate adoption of BMS oncology medicines through scientific engagement with healthcare providers and building strong regional credibility.
Responsibilities
- Promote approved BMS oncology indications within territory to meet sales targets compliantly
- Conduct in-office presentations and scientific discussions with healthcare providers on product-related information
- Organize and facilitate external speaker programs using approved speakers bureau resources
- Build and maintain expertise on assigned products and emerging clinical data for oncology indications
- Collaborate across BMS functions to gather insights and enhance healthcare provider customer experience
Requirements
- Advanced scientific degree or 5+ years pharmaceutical/biotechnology sales, MSL, or clinical experience
- Demonstrated ability to communicate scientific and clinical data accurately to physicians
- Proven track record building credibility with key customers and influencers
- Oncology experience preferred
- Account management and sales performance history meeting or exceeding targets
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for translating complex scientific information
