OnSite Specialist - Milwaukee, WI

Stryker seeks an Endoscopy OnSite Specialist to support surgical teams in Milwaukee by managing medical equipment, maintaining sterile workflow, and ensuring operating room readiness. The field-based role involves equipment preparation, intraoperative assistance, troubleshooting, and collaboration with clinical staff across multiple shift types.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, manage, and maintain surgical equipment and disposables to ensure full readiness before procedures
• Support operating room teams during procedures by anticipating equipment needs and making real-time adjustments
• Troubleshoot routine and complex equipment issues using independent judgment to minimize downtime
• Maintain accurate documentation of procedures, equipment usage, performance metrics, and account updates
• Educate clinical and sterile processing staff on Stryker product use and troubleshooting

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work rotating shifts, on-call, overnight, and weekends with 45-minute response time
• Lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and 20 lbs frequently; stand and walk for extended periods
• Strong problem-solving and independent decision-making skills in high-pressure environments
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication
• Preferred: 1+ years customer service, technical support, or operating room experience
• Preferred: HSPA/CRCST certification (required within 6 months for sterile processing roles)

Compensation: $21.58–$29.20 USD hourly
