Job Description

Job Title: Machine Operator
Location: McAllen, TX
Pay Rate: $11.25 per hour
Schedule: 1st Shift – 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM (must be open to working 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM, weekends, and overtime)

We are seeking experienced Machine Operators to join a leading manufacturing company. This position is ideal for individuals with hands-on experience operating presses, drill presses, plastic molding machines, and other manufacturing machinery. The right candidate will be reliable, detail-oriented, and flexible to meet production demands.

Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor various manufacturing machines, including presses, drill presses, and plastic molding equipment
Maintain production quality standards by inspecting parts and making adjustments as needed
Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work environment
Troubleshoot minor machine issues and report maintenance needs
Work collaboratively with the production team to meet daily quotas

Requirements & Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED required
Previous experience operating manufacturing machinery
Ability to work weekends and overtime as needed
Must pass a background check
Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
