NOW HIRING! Manufacturing Production Associates to support daily production operations.
Schedule: All shifts available
Pay: $11.00-$13.00 per hour
Production Associate Responsibilities:
- Operate production equipment and machinery according to standard operating procedures
- Assemble, package, and label products accurately
- Perform quality checks and report defects or issues
- Meet daily production and efficiency goals
- Follow safety guidelines, company policies, and work instructions
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Work effectively as part of a team to meet production deadlines
Production Associate Requirements:
- Prior manufacturing or production experience
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Ability to lift up to [25–50 lbs] as required
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Ability to work scheduled shifts, including overtime if needed
- Use of PPE (personal protective equipment) as required
