Case Manager (Care Coordinator) - Personal Injury Auto | Martin Law Firm

This role is for experienced PI case managers only. If you have not managed motor vehicle accident cases at a plaintiff-side personal injury law firm, please do not apply. The right candidates will interview directly with Attorney Justin Martin. What You’ll Do You’ll manage a high-volume caseload of MVA clients — coordinating care across therapists, chiropractors, orthopedists, pain management specialists, and neurologists, keeping treatment timelines on track, and serving as the primary point of contact for clients throughout their recovery. Bi-weekly client communication is a core part of the job. You’re not just managing files. You’re helping people navigate one of the hardest periods of their lives — and your ability to connect with them, advocate for them, and keep their case moving is what makes the difference.
