Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Pre-Litigation Personal Injury Paralegal to provide comprehensive support to clients and attorneys in managing a busy personal injury docket. The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Spanish, detail-oriented, and thrives in a collaborative team environment.

Note: Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred. Previous personal injury law experience is a plus. We value experience, but will consider training candidates who show exceptional potential and dedication. 

Responsibilities

No two days will be exactly alike. Your responsibilities may include:

• Managing a large personal injury docket and moving cases forward.

• Communicating regularly with clients regarding their cases.

• Preparing and reviewing legal documents.

• Setting up claims with insurance companies.

• Coordinating client medical treatment with providers.

• Collaborating with attorneys to ensure cases meet deadlines and compliance standards.

• Following firm checklists and case management procedures.

Requirements

• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

• Strong professionalism and a proactive, “get it done” attitude.

• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English; Spanish strongly preferred.

• Prior plaintiff’s personal injury law experience (auto accidents, trucking cases, premises liability) is a plus.

• Strong work ethic, organizational skills, and attention to detail.

• Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.

• Proficient in MS Office applications.

• Team-oriented and client-focused, with excellent customer service skills.

Salary: $42,500.00 to $59,000.00 (Depending on Experience)
