Key Responsibilities
- Draft and file initial petitions in personal injury litigation cases
- Manage service of process and delivery of all citations
- Draft and complete discovery requests and responses
- Maintain and coordinate case calendars, including scheduling depositions and mediations
- Provide comprehensive trial preparation support
- Communicate effectively with attorneys, clients, medical providers, and court personnel
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal in personal injury law
- Proven ability to manage a caseload of 100+ litigation files is strongly preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience with Neos Case Management Software is a plus
- Familiarity with both State and Federal court procedures is a plus
