Licensed Outpatient Mental Health Therapist

Evaluate mental health diagnoses and create and implement treatment plans Complete ongoing documentation, including further diagnoses, treatment plan reviews, and case notes according to company policy Provide excellent customer service for clients Collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in the community Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session according to company guidelines and protocol Maintain a minimum caseload of 28 client visits per week for full-time status Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed Attend and participate in clinical staff meetings and trainings Provide care in a flexible remote/office arrangement depending on client needs Requirements Master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university On track to obtain licensure in the designated field Clinical licensure such as LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW Experience completing DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes Effective written and verbal communication skills Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients Ability to complete and submit service documentation and other documents in a timely manner Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base Proficiency in Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems; Valant experience is a plus Fully licensed clinicians ideally credentialed with insurance panels Ability and willingness, if local to Tampa Bay, to accommodate office time on a weekly basis Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in mental health evaluation, treatment planning, and documentation while providing exceptional client service.
