About the Role We are seeking an experienced HVAC Operations Manager to oversee daily residential and commercial HVAC operations. This leadership role is responsible for managing field technicians, dispatch coordination, scheduling, service delivery, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have strong HVAC operations experience, team leadership capability, and a proven ability to improve processes and drive business performance. Key Responsibilities Team Leadership: Lead and manage residential and commercial HVAC operations; supervise service technicians, installers, dispatch staff, and support teams. Operational Oversight: Coordinate scheduling, job assignments, and resource allocation; monitor operational performance and implement process improvements. Performance Standards: Ensure timely completion of HVAC installation, maintenance, and service work; maintain high standards of customer service. Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement operational policies and best practices; support workforce planning, hiring, training, and performance management. Compliance: Ensure full compliance with safety regulations and industry standards; collaborate with leadership to improve overall efficiency and profitability. Required Qualifications Proven experience in HVAC operations management. Strong leadership and team management skills. Experience in HVAC service, installation, maintenance, and dispatch operations. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency with scheduling and service management systems. Valid driver s license preferred. Preferred Qualifications Experience managing both residential and commercial HVAC operations. Knowledge of HVAC safety standards and industry regulations.
