About Regenics: Regenics is a fast growing wellness and health optimization company focused on helping people feel and perform at their best through advanced therapies and personalized care. We specialize in services including hormone optimization, GLP-1 weight loss, peptides, IV therapy, aesthetics, recovery, longevity, and performance wellness.

We are looking for an experienced, connected, and highly motivated Affiliate Manager to help grow our brand partnerships, affiliate network, and local collaborations.

Position Overview

We’re looking for someone who understands influencer marketing, affiliate relationships, social media culture, and brand partnerships, someone who can confidently identify opportunities, build relationships, negotiate deals, and help drive measurable revenue growth.

This is NOT an entry level role. We want someone who can prove experience through results, partnerships, campaigns, analytics, or prior work examples.

The ideal candidate is:

Extremely social media aware

Connected within wellness, fitness, beauty, lifestyle, or creator spaces

Comfortable networking in person and online

Organized, proactive, and numbers-driven

Confident reaching out to influencers, gyms, wellness businesses, creators, trainers, chiropractors, med spas, etc.

Able to identify partnerships that actually convert into sales and memberships

Having your own social media presence is a HUGE plus. You do not need to be a huge influencer, but you should actively understand content, trends, engagement, and internet culture.

Responsibilities

Recruit and manage affiliate partners and influencers

Build relationships with local businesses and strategic partners

Source creators for UGC, paid partnerships, events, and collaborations

Track affiliate performance, ROI, conversions, and campaign metrics

Help negotiate partnership deals and deliverables

Assist with influencer outreach and communication

Identify new marketing opportunities and partnership ideas

Coordinate collaborations with gyms, wellness brands, med spas, fitness studios, events, etc.

Stay ahead of TikTok, Instagram, wellness, and creator trends

Help organize affiliate campaigns and launches

Work closely with the marketing and leadership team

Analyze campaign performance and suggest ways to improve conversions

Qualifications

Required:

Previous experience in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, partnerships, talent management, or social media marketing

Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, influencer culture, and current social trends

Excellent communication and networking skills

Ability to confidently pitch and build relationships

Highly organized and self-motivated

Experience negotiating partnerships or sponsorships

Comfortable discussing campaign performance, conversions, and ROI

Preferred:

Existing network within wellness, fitness, beauty, lifestyle, or creator industries

Experience working with creators, influencers, gyms, wellness clinics, or brands

Personal social media presence or content creation experience

Experience using affiliate tracking platforms, CRM systems, or social media analytics

Local to Los Angeles / San Fernando Valley area
