Billing Specialist

A growing service‑based company in Willow Grove, PA is seeking a Billing Specialist to support their operations team. This role is responsible for tracking material costs and employee labor hours for on‑site services to ensure accurate client billing. This is a temporary‑to‑permanent opportunity with consistent hours and hands‑on exposure to the full billing cycle. Responsibilities Track and reconcile material costs and labor hours for on‑site service work Review time entries, work orders, and job documentation for billing accuracy Prepare and process client invoices in a timely and accurate manner Partner with field teams and project managers to resolve billing discrepancies Maintain organized billing records and supporting documentation Assist with billing inquiries and adjustments as needed Qualifications 1–3 years of billing, invoicing, or accounting support experience Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple jobs/projects Experience tracking labor hours and job or project‑based costing preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general accounting or billing systems Strong communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally Benefits Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short‑term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
