Assembler 1Performs repetitive work station assembly operations to produce products for distribution. Requires 0 to 2 years of experience.Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:Assemble products utilizing hands and/or common hand tools in a timely manner.Dexterity with fingers to assemble wires, componentsOperates any equipment necessary to perform jobEvaluate assembly pieces, quality controlSoldering of wires where parts goExamine products for defectsAssist with shipping and receivingMaintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly conditionFollow prescribed safety regulationsPerform other related duties as assigned.Education/Experience: High School Diploma or G.E.D.Physical Requirements:Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50lbs.Must be able to sit for long periods of time.Good manual dexterity.20/20 vision or vision correction to 20/20Personal Protective Equipment: The use of Safety Glasses is required.
