You'll gain broad HR experience while helping us create a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace.If you're ready to make an impact today while building toward the next step in your HR career, we'd love to meet you.Why You'll Love This OpportunityCompetitive CompensationEarn a $65,000–$70,000 base salary, plus incentives.Room to GrowExpand your HR expertise while developing toward future HR leadership opportunities.Be a Trusted PartnerWork directly with employees, front-line managers, operational leaders, and HR leadership.Broaden Your ExperienceSupport employees across multiple locations and gain exposure to a variety of HR situations and challenges.Make a DifferenceHelp shape the employee experience through engagement, development, employee relations, and culture-building initiatives.Support Our PeopleBe part of an HR team focused on creating an environment where employees feel supported, respected, and positioned for success.What You'll DoRegional HR SupportServe as a primary HR contact for designated locations.Respond to employee questions and provide guidance on policies, procedures, and HR best practices.Coach and support front-line managers with routine employee relations matters.Employee Lifecycle ManagementSupport onboarding, offboarding, employee changes, and HR recordkeeping.Help organize and facilitate new-hire orientations and training sessions.Help create a positive and professional employee experience from day one.Employee Relations & PerformancePartner with the HR Manager on employee relations matters, investigations, documentation, and disciplinary actions.Assist with performance improvement plans and performance review cycles.Handle sensitive employee matters with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment.Culture & Employee EngagementHelp coordinate employee engagement initiatives and culture-building activities.Be an ambassador for TCI's values of integrity, respect, accountability, and collaboration.Help foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive workplace.Compliance & HR OperationsSupport compliance with applicable federal, state, and local employment laws and internal policies.Maintain accurate personnel records and HRIS information.Protect confidential employee information and maintain a high level of data integrity.Workforce Planning & DevelopmentPartner with operational leaders to understand staffing needs.Coordinate with Talent Acquisition on recruitment activities.Support internal mobility, employee development, and retention strategies alongside HR leadership.What You Bring to the TeamBilingual English/Spanish is required.We're looking for someone with:3+ years of progressive Human Resources experience.A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.Familiarity with employment law and HR compliance.Experience working with HRIS platforms.Strong administrative and organizational skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong interpersonal and customer-service skills.A high level of business ethics, professionalism, and confidentiality.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and other business software.Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team member.Flexibility and enthusiasm for learning new skills, systems, programs, and processes.Extra Points ForPrevious multi-site HR experiencePHR or SHRM-CP certificationSchedule & Compensation$65,000–$70,000 Base Salary + IncentivesMonday–Friday? 8:00 AM–5:30 PMBecause HR sometimes happens outside regular business hours, this position requires flexibility to respond to occasional after-hours inquiries and emergencies. Night, weekend, and holiday work may be required based on business needs.TravelApproximately 5–10% travel may be required to support regional locations.Travel may include both local and occasional out-of-state locations.
