This is a mid-senior level role with 6+ years of experience with high ownership over how Revel visually communicates complex, technical ideas across a wide range of mediums.This person will drive our brand identity end-to-end from concept through execution — across marketing, product storytelling, merchandise, and physical environments, with significant ownership and visibility across the company.What You'll DoOwn and evolve Revel's brand identity, developing new concepts and visual directions as the company and product growConcept and design product/merch (apparel, swag, physical goods) that extends the brand into the physical worldCreate visual assets across slide decks, marketing materials, and brand collateralLead print design projects (conference materials, signage, merchandise, etc.) from concept to productionCreate and update visual assets for the website (Webflow)Contribute to video treatments and light motion/visual storytelling workPartner closely with product designers to ensure consistency across product and brand surfacesHelp set and maintain brand standards as new mediums and use cases emergeRequirements6+ years of experience in graphic or visual designExperience working with or supporting technical, engineering-driven teamsExperience with product or merch design (apparel, swag, or other physical goods)Strong portfolio demonstrating:Original brand concepting and identity workAbility to simplify complex concepts visuallyStrong typography and layout skillsHigh attention to detail and brand consistencyExperience across both digital and print mediumsProficiency with:FigmaAdobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)Google Slides and/or PowerPointComfortable operating in a fast-paced startup environmentNice to HaveExperience with 3D design, animation, or motion graphicsBasic video editing experienceBackground in hard tech industries (aerospace, defense, robotics, etc.)Why This RoleHigh ownership over brand strategy and executionExposure to a wide variety of projects and mediums (digital, print, motion, web, physical product)Opportunity to shape and scale a technical brand as the company growsWork closely with a strong, product-focused design team
