Real Estate & Transactional Paralegal

Crowe Dunlevy is seeking a Real Estate & Transactional Paralegal to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support across a broad spectrum of real estate and transactional matters, ensuring smooth and efficient legal processes. Your expertise will help facilitate property transactions, manage legal documentation, and assist with various legal research and case management tasks. Responsibilities Assist with real estate transactions, including reviewing titles, preparing closing documents, and coordinating with clients, lenders, and title companies; administer closing processes Handle title and survey reviews and prepare related objection and response letters Prepares contracts, initial and amended articles of incorporation and other business organization documents, shareholder and director resolutions, stock certificates and other securities, “blue sky” memos, other documents to be filed in connection with public and private securities offerings, buy-sell agreements, UCC filings, deeds and other title documents, mortgages, promissory notes, and trust instruments for review, approval, and use by Attorneys. Prepares and organizes closing checklists and closing documents for real estate, financing, and business transactions; creates and distributes closing binders, conventionally and electronically, and assists generally in closing processes as requested by attorney. Manage case files using document management systems like iManage and PCLaw; ensure accurate data entry and filing Reviews title commitments, surveys, and other title documents, and coordinates with title companies and surveyors, in connection with real estate transactions. Organizes and maintains ownership records of business entities. Assists with preparation and filing of various SEC filings, both conventional and electronic. Requirements Proven paralegal experience with a strong background in real estate law and transactional support Proficiency in legal research tools such as LexisNexis and Westlaw; ability to conduct thorough legal research and analysis Experience with legal case management software including iManage and PCLaw; familiarity with document review and management systems Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Strong writing skills for drafting clear legal documents and correspondence; attention to detail for proofreading Knowledge of project management principles to coordinate complex transactions efficiently #J-18808-Ljbffr Crowe Dunlevy
