- Process and code vendor invoices accurately
- Maintain vendor records and support 1099 reporting
- Manage corporate credit card reconciliations and auto-pay programs
- Process employee expense reimbursements
- Reconcile AP-related general ledger accounts and prepare accruals
- Support month-end and year-end close activities
- Assist with special projects and provide support to leadership
- 3-5+ years of experience in accounts payable
- Experience with Sage Intacct or similar ERP systems
- Strong knowledge of general ledger processes
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Payroll certification is a plus
