Accountant (Entry Level)

We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Accountant to join a growing accounting team. This role is ideal for a recent accounting graduate or early-career professional looking to build a strong foundation in project accounting, financial reporting, and day-to-day accounting operations. The successful candidate will work closely with accounting leadership and gain exposure to multiple aspects of the accounting function. Key Responsibilities Assist with project accounting activities, including tracking project costs, budgets, and expenditures. Support month-end and year-end close processes. Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules. Review invoices, expense reports, and payment documentation for accuracy. Help maintain accurate financial records and accounting documentation. Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions as needed. Support financial reporting and analysis activities. Collaborate with project managers and internal departments to resolve accounting-related questions. Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting required. Internship experience in accounting, finance, or related field preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop new skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
